Branch Manager - Education/BFSI/Retail/NGO (4-8 yrs)
Looking as a "Branch Manager" with a leading Education Industry for Gorakhpur Location. Majorly looking as a "Branch Manager/ Operation/ Store Operation/ Admin" Designation from any Banking/ Retail industry.
- Take Care of Both Administration and Business Development of the Centre.
- Revenue Generation
- Visiting Schools for business development / Repo building with the principal
- Vendor Management for Advertisements /publicity /hoardings /banners
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing and progress feedback
- Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings
- Supervising and motivating staff, ensuring that workloads are appropriate and quality of work is acceptable.
- Office report making (MIS) I e refund report, target analysis
- Inventory Management
- Clarifying of doubts of students and parents as and when required
- Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities like transport, hostel, food-canteen etc
- Handling the centre administration and upkeeping of the centre's infrastructure
- Co-ordinate with other centres in the region.
Salary range - 6-11 LPA
