Notice : Local candidates will preferred (Gujarati).

Key Responsibility :

o Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency and NPA target.

o Devising appropriate collection route maps for the collection.

o Contacting and visiting chronic customers on a regular basis to ensure maximum collections.

o Responsible to monitor promise to pay and address the broken promises.

o Timely allocation of due customer to collectors ( CM) and obtain regular feedback for the accounts allocated.

o Maintaining and building long-term customer relationship.

o Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to team leader.

o Coach, facilitate, solve problem and participate with the team in achieving targets.

Job Requirements:

Education - Graduation.

Should be from Same Industry Home Loan Sector.

Good in numbers and negotiation skills.

Understand Housing Finance Basics.

Local Language Communication.

Result orientation with execution excellence.
