Branch Manager - Channel Partner - BFSI (3-7 yrs)

We are hiring for Branch Manager - Channel Partner in Navi Mumbai / Indore

Function / Department / Business Unit : Sales & Distribution

Grade/Level : Manager

Location : Navi Mumbai / Indore

Year of experience : 3 Yr +

Qualification : MBA/PG preferred

Mandatory experience in Direct Sales of Financial Planning, Mutual Funds or Insurance 

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Identifying and recruiting Channel Partners in the respective area to build retail business.

2. Develop and nurture relationships with Channel partners to yield a productive relationship.

3. Provide end to end solutions to Channel Partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met, Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners.

4. Hold periodical partner meets to understand partners' pulse and product needs.

5. Ensure that all business-critical issues are escalated promptly to ensure that service level agreements and escalation procedures are met within agreed deadlines.

6. Ensure that all documentation and procedure completion on time.

7. Create analysis and trending reports for management.

8. Responsible for acquisition of key clients & high end customers through channel partners.

9. Adapting all the skills necessary for channel partner business development, relationship management and driving subscription/financial product offerings.

10. Should be able to organize and conduct meetings and presentations for channel partners.

11. To generate leads and act as a productive resource by meeting targets thereby ensuring the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.

12. To consciously deliver support to reporting manager managers in increasing the profitability of the location.

13. Responsible for developing and business distribution for Channel Partners .

14. Responsible for quality parameters i.e. Cheque bounces /Persistency /Complaints etc

15. Responsible for Growth of Channel Partner as business partner.
