For one of our reputed clients in Building material division we have following requirement;

Location: Hyderabad

Designation: Branch Manager

Reports to: Regional Manager

KRAs;

1.Manage Client relationship through all phases of sales cycle.

2. Handling team & driving them to achieve the targets.

3. Ensure all Quality Parameters are followed as per Quality Norms

4. Complaint resolution

5. Conduct BTL activities

6. To improve Customer Experience by identifying and improving the Customer requirements across Customer touch points

7. Managing the profitability.

8. Expanding the network

9. Ensuring profit maximization & cost optimization

10. Should know native language (Telugu)
