Branch Manager/Branch Head - Bank (5-8 yrs)
Position: Branch Manager / Head
Reporting to: Area Manager
Grade: M5/ M6
Location: Multiple locations across Bangalore
Job Description:
Our client, a leading private Bank, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Head to oversee the operations and drive growth in their branches. As a key member of the frontline management team, you will be responsible for revenue generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and cost efficiency through well-established processes.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Focus on enhancing the deposit pool from customers.
- Promote and sell non-deposit products such as mutual funds, insurance products, and fee-based income to achieve set targets.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives progressively.
Service Excellence:
- Establish and maintain high standards for service delivery.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and adhere to all applicable guidelines.
Branch Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage resources effectively and optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and inspire the branch team.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Build a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Branch Banking domain.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Branch Manager.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in liabilities products.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
