Branch Manager/Branch Head - Bank

Salary Offered : 10-17 LPA

Looking for Branch Heads for one of the reputed Banking client in Chennai. LPA

- Should have 4+ Yrs of experience as a Branch Manager.

- Should have handled 100 Crs size branch

- Good communication skills.

- Execute, Service and monitor overall administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch office; including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.

Principal Accountabilities :

1. Be the face of the bank in the given geography for all segments

2. Be able to Drive Team and Business in the Market

3. Be able to present. be articulate and manage senior profiles and dignitaries

4. Achievement of the incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, FD); and Fee Products revenue from Trade /FX and third-party product (MF, LI, GI, & other fee products), Wealth Management

5. Prepare and monitor Sales plan for the branch

6. Build a healthy liability and business banking book.
