Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage team of Equity dealer / equity advisors & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.

- Lead and manage a team of Equity Advisors/ABM to achieve Branch Target in Terms of Revenue Productivity, Branch Funding Book, etc.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

Required Candidate profile:

- To execute trades for clients in NSE, BSE & FNO Segments

- NISM Mandatory
