Job description :
- Responsible for Branch Profitability by increasing value of CASA(Liabilities) GL and Retail Asset.
- Aggressively do the catchment mapping of the Area for building the Brand Image and Awareness of the presence .
- Plan and deliver effective sales strategies, work with team members to achieve targets assigned.
- Tracking staff for achieving Fee products like General Insurance and Life Insurance products
- To ensure that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms effectively.
- Provides advisory services to corporate & HNI on funds management, along with maintaining relationship with Key Accounts
