Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Managing and monitoring performance of all the sales resources and attrition control of customers

Salary : 17,00,000-23,00,000

Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Role : Branch Manager

Job Description:

- Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers

- Establishing standards and delivery of service

- Branch Administration

- Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team member

- Overall responsible for break even and P&L of Branch.

Desired Profile :

- Overall 5-15 Years of Banking experience

- Must have had Sales and Operations experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products.

- Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate

- Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)

- In-depth understand of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economics processes.

- Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer Delight.
