Developing new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for Bank Products. 2. Focus of increasing Liability Products - CA, SA and FDs 3. Cross selling - MF and insurance products. 4. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients 5. Driving Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a customers through enhanced customer service. 6. Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction 7. Job Requirements Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. 8. Ensure RBI audits, inspections 9. Branch administration.
