Job Role :
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
- Establishing standards and delivery of service.
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
- Sale of Mutual Funds and insurance products.
- Fee income.
- Branch administration.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
- The Branch Manager openings are in Tenali, Chittoor, Cuddapah, Eluru and Machalipatnam.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate or post graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Should have worked as a BM in current organisation for at least 2 years
- Should have sales orientation
- Leadership skills.
- An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers
- Must have had sales experience, liabilities products preferable.
- Age Less than 35 years
