Experience: Relevant: 3+ years as Branch Manager / 5+ years in banking / broking industry

Total: 5+ years in financial services / broking industry

CTC: Upto 15 Lacs

Team size: 6 to 7 People

Reports to: Regional Head

Job Responsibilities

Branches :

- Responsible for P&L of the branch & for generation of revenue (Equity,MF,Insurance)

- Ensure new client acquisition

- Advise and help branches in generating new leads for development of sub brokers / franchisees

- Coordinate and handle the day-to-day branch operations

- Interact with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship

- Establish and support new branches in co-ordination with the Regional Manager and Vice President

- Help the branch in terms of recruitment, train the branch staff to manage them, to meet targets and restructure the non performing branch

- Resolve branch issues

Organizational Relationships:

Reports to: Regional Head / Area Head

- Supervises: Branch employees

- Coordinates with: Branch Managers, Regional Head

- Functional relationship with: Branches & Franchisees, Head Office, Operations team Skills
