- Responsible for the profitability of the branch and for consistent growth of the book with healthy CASA ratio, Retail Assets & Business Banking. - To ensure that all the resources are delivering as per set targets on productivity and income generation. - To ensure the proper on boarding of the new customers and making persistent effort to increase value in those account, as well as multiple products cross sale. - Bucketing the customer data, value and segment wise and having a specific business strategy for those accounts. - Ensuring a thorough check on all the security items and deliverables. Ensuring all the KYC and AML norms are being followed meticulously. - To ensure there are multiple products cross sold to stand-alone customers to increase their stickiness with the bank and to increase branch profitability. - To organize multiple branch and public events for brand sensitization and lead generation. - Actively involved in the designing and implementing various contests at branch and cluster level to boost the business and motivate the team. - Keeping bank staff updated with the banking products and services, as well as current market trends through weekly training and morning huddle.
