Location: Across Uttarakhand/ Himachal Pradesh Responsibilities: - Overall branch supervision, achieving branch budgets, making strategies for dominating catchment with branch team, support of product and marketing teams. - Ensuring achievement of productivity per resource, income generation and key account management - Developing product wise sales plan and ensuring implementation of the same for achieving product wise targets. - Ensuring clarity of objective among team members for achieving sales and operational functions. - Ensuring that the team members are trained regularly across important products and processes. - Periodic review of progress vs. objective across all product lines. - Periodic review of operational, service quality and other efficiency parameters and ensuring correction if needed. - Ensuring compliance with Banking rules, Regulations &amp; Procedures.
