NOTE : looking for existing Branch manager from a Banking Industry.

Salary : Hike based on current CTC

Job Role :

- Managing and leading bank staff to deliver exceptional customer service and to acquire new customers and boost branch's profits.

- Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining all quality and procedural standards within the branch.

- Setting and achieving targets by motivating and leading the bank staff.

- Implementing policies that build trust between the bank and its customers.

- Setting the example by practically showing the methods to implement in various parameters including the sales, operations, other maintenance of the branch.

- Being tough at times needed and ensuring the smooth completion of things and over achieving the assigned targets

- Managing the daily activities of the branch.

- Enforcing the companies policies, principles, and procedures.

- Inspiring and motivating staff.

- Identifying then addressing team training and development needs.

- Coaching and developing staff to do more and better.

- Adherence to regulatory requirements.
