Vrinda Global is hiring for a leading Bank for Branch Manager position.

Position: Branch Manager.

Location: West Delhi & North West Delhi.

- The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.

- In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities:.

Leadership & Management:.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Sales & Customer Service:.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

- Maintain and enhance customer relationships.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.

Financial Management:.

- Prepare and manage the branch's budget.

- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Operational Efficiency:.

- Optimize branch operations to increase productivity.

- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

- Ensure the branch is well-maintained and secure.

Reporting & Analysis:.

- Prepare and present reports on branch performance.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Make data-driven decisions to improve branch operations.
