Branch Manager Bank
- Handling complete Branch Sales & Revenue generation.
- Ensuring the productivity of Center and Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
CUSTOMER RETENTION & COST EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS:
- Customer orientation & to put Customer benefit first.
Desirable candidates:
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling Bank branch
- Problem Solving & Positive Attitude.
- Must have good English communication & Good Communication skills.
- Good Team player.
- Must be presentable.
- The incumbent must be a Graduate or Post Graduate
