Branch Manager - Agency Sales - Life Insurance

One of the Fastest Growing Life Insurance Company is inviting applications for the post of Branch Manager for their Patiala Office ( CTC upto 10 Lacs)

- Responsible for achieving business targets for the branch through building a sustainable and productive distribution force

- Managing costs for the branch, smooth business functioning, and successful implementation of various tactical and strategic business initiatives as other key responsibilities.

- Responsible for business target achievement of the team by driving sales of life insurance

- Manage team size of 6-8 Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with Sales team.

Candidate must have :

- Agency Life Insurance experience

- Understanding of Local markets

- Age not more than 38 years
