Job Role -
1. Achieve Sales Target of the State (Territory)
2. Channel Expansion thro appointment of FOFOs, MBO's, Modern Trade and Institutional Sales.
3. Sales Promotional Activities
4. New Product Launch/BTL Activities
5. Review, maintain and improve sales & productivity of team and channel partner against the target on a monthly basis.
6. Must have Good Communication Skills and Analytical Skills, strategies and business development.
7. Experience in planning market
8. Must have strong leadership and negotiation skills.
9. Develop business plan for long term sales and generating business.
10. Mapping, analyzing and taking corrective action on competitors activity.
