Job Overview :

Branch is looking for a talented Collections Lead to manage in-house and outsourced collections operations. These include working with Branch customers who have overdue debt to develop repayment plans, building and maintaining relationships with collections companies, and working with global stakeholders to monitor and improve our loan portfolio's health.

Responsibilities :

- Source and negotiate deals with new debt collections companies

- Manage partnerships with collections companies by implementing new processes and by setting and monitoring KPIs

- Design and run experiments to continuously improve cure rates, defaults and delinquency

- Regularly analyze collections data and continuously improve processes

- Collaborate with global Product, Finance, Credit and Collections teams on various initiatives to improve collections features and processes

Qualifications :

- 5+ years managing call center operations, ideally in debt collections campaigns

- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative

- Excellent communicator, collaborator and team player

- Extremely analytical with expert Excel skills

- Strong SQL skills required
