Branch Head - Sales - Event Management Firm (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
This position is one of the senior-most position in Mumbai and would be reporting to the Top Management. We are looking for a dynamic person who would be in charge of the entire branch. We are looking for a leader who will be responsible for handling various teams like Client Servicing, Business Development, Creative, Concept, and other units.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieve the yearly revenue targets of the branch from key or focused accounts
- Help in opening doors of potential clients
- Team Management
- Responsible for handling the P&L
- Monitor the complete billing cycle
Requirements :
- Dynamic and solid candidate at a senior position in Mumbai event companies
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai event business
- Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership, and communication
- Problem solver
- Has client contacts in Mumbai
- Someone who has to handle internal and external (vendors) teams
- Flamboyant personality
- Excellent negotiation skills
