Job Description:

Sales: as per assigned budget Primary Sales

Collections: as per company commercial norms

- Track product mix and model mix in the marketplace

Productivity:

- TIC productivity as per preset norms

- ISPs productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in Existing Categories.

- Expansion for achievement of 100% monthly targets :

- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV by appointing right distributors from the industry

- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification

- To open all key accounts in consumer durable trade (RR, MOR & CSD)

- Customer service with support of service team.

- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.

- Display & merchandise

- Competition information

- Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution

- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.

- Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
