Qualification: MBA/PGDBM from reputed institute
Roles and responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects of Branch including Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Manage budget and allocate funds along with Branch Accountants
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Should be stable in Job.
Note: Candidate Must be having sales exposure in Bihar state.
