Job Responsibilities :

- Upkeep of the Branch and ATM.

- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch.

- Responsible for Branch Profitability

- Responsible for increasing the GL size of the Branch including CASA and FD mobilization

- Responsible of opening high variant accounts with high value AOC

- Responsible for achieving the FEE products Target LI, MF, GI, SIP

- Responsible for achieving Assets Targets for HLAL, PL, JL, CC, LAP, BIL, BL

- Responsible for staff productivity

- Responsible for staff productivity

- Responsible for Digital Activation of the customer

- Responsible for Service and Compliance parameters

- Responsible of IAD ratings and RRM score
