- Implementing strategies to increase Accounts in number and value to improve branch profitability Assess.

- Ensured to keep up the branch profitability through good score in Branch Score Cards.

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.

- Local market conditions and identifies current and prospective sales opportunities.

- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

- Bring out the best of branches personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
