Branch Head - Bank

- Heading Branch for the assigned region

- Achieving Financial Targets for Branch Banking, Balance Sheet Growth, Wealth Revenues.

- Handle Business Development & P&L of the branch

- Customer Service/ Client Engagement

- Leadership Impact/Employee Engagement/People Development

- Heading Operational Controls ie Administration, Reconciliation, Audit, Operations, Compliance, Frauds etc

Candidate Description:

- Should have at-least 2 years experience as Branch Manager in any leading Banks in India

- Driving team and branch to productivity

- Managing the end to end activities of Branch

- Local market experience would be an added advantage
