Branch Head - B2B Sales - Modular Furniture & Seating (5-10 yrs)

Our client is a 360- solution provider of world class office furniture in India, specialising in wide range of Modular Office Furniture and Seating. We are looking for a dynamic and mature sales manager to head the Branch. This is a great opportunity for an incumbent to be a part of e2e sales, team handling and operations and prepare oneself for leadership roles.

Job Description: Responsible for the entire gamut of Sales and Business promotion activities of the company (B2B sales)

1. Strategy and Planning : Plan, review and assess the quality at each stage of the deal pursuit process Establishing goals, short term and long term budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these / the set goals Closely liaise with Regional / Branch heads for the preparation of Sales & marketing plans specific to the target market and meet the overall Business Objectives of the organization

2. Manage the entire Sales process - qualification, pre sales, demos, pricing, proposals, negotiations, executions and closure Planning and execution of work on National basis and expand network Sales Budgeting.

- Planning, Forecasting and Customer visits

- Market intelligence and strategizing to counter the same

- Conducting competitor analysis

- Define target markets

- Work closely with the network of PMCs, Architects and Interior Designers

- Coach and mentor the Sales team in achieving their targets and grow in career

- Business Development: Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business Receivables management

- Business Retention - Augment existing business and manage Major Account(s) for achievement of Revenue & Profitability goals of the company - Farm and grow existing account relationships

- Develop new business and identify new Channel Partners

- Development of Overall Sales revenue accounts and Key Accounts / Sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirement and coordinate with Logistics / Support team for the same.
