- Responsible for Revenue and Profitability targets
- Ensure his/her branch have adequate enrolled, certified partners as per Reach initiative. Also to ensure Revenue per partner category is maintained.
- Ensure Pipeline adequacy to reach revenue targets for the branch
- Ensure market share.
- Addition of channel partners, when channel expansion programs are run by company.
- Increasing Cross selling depth and coverage
- Have review meetings (for pipeline adequacy, sales wrt target, ROI) with all partners
- Drive productivity of Team, monitor and weekly review team on their key KPI
- Have adequate feet on street of enrolled partner to nurture his/her branch's territory
- Ensure partners' operations in healthy and in line with company policy, guidelines
