We are South Mumbai based an Executive Search Firm. We have an opportunity with a leading bank in their team of Branch Business Leader.

We are looking at candidates having minimum of 5 years of experience Branch Banking.

Title : Branch Business Leader

Location : Delhi, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram

Job Description :

1. Upkeep of the Branch and ATM Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch.

2. Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.

3. Liability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition)

4. Cross Sell of various Third party products and Asset products

5. Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers

6. Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board

7. Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment

8. Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit

9. Learning & skill development of the team

10. Ensure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition

11. Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated

12. Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis

13. Comply with Banks policies and processes

14. Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events.

15. Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED IN CANDIDATE :

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills

2. Fully conversant with MS Office

3. Excellent networking & interpersonal skills

5. Ability to manage complex client situations

8. Good Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking or Branch Banking
