Branch Banking Role - Client Services - Microfinance/NBFC

About Our Client

Our client is one of the well-established NBFCs backed by a reputed conglomerate. The NBFC has both secured and unsecured product offerings across Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, Loans Against Shares, Micro-finance and Agri-loans.

Job Description :

- Strong experience of 10 plus years in branch banking and setting up a 1000 crores group loans portfolio with a large MFI/NBFC or a retail bank.

- Experience in client operations and branch banking is a must.

- Exposure to retail lending products and processes is a must.

- Involves a lot of travel- at least 15 days every month to Tier3,4,5 cities.

The Successful Applicant:

- MBA with 10+ years in the financial services space.

- Experience of 10 years in branch banking with last three years at least in setting up a multi-State 1000 crores group loans portfolio with a large MFI, NBFC or retail bank.

- Ability to lead, manage and coordinate large and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strong management skills; excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
