Must-Have: 

1. Good working knowledge on SAS, SQL, UNIX, Mainframe, Excel

2. Develop, maintain and enhance business reporting in the business area identified. Working knowledge in understanding BRD

3. Work on improving the process and making it efficient within business constraints

4. Meet all the process SLAs as defined by the business partner & Meet KPIs of business

5. Prepare documentation for the Processes/Projects and provide analysis support for business strategies. Maintain documents for compliance and Audit requirements

3. Identify the productivity improvement projects and work with team

4. To work with teams and client at different locations.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Manage a team supporting Projects, MIS and Regulatory reporting.

2 Work closely with Customers and team leads to ensure timely delivery

3 Good Project Management Skills

4 BFSI Domain Knowledge - Banking and Loan products Knowledge

5 An ability to instil and reinforce a strong customer service and business-oriented ethic in the entire team
