BPR Service Transformation Role - eGovernment Domain (16-18 yrs)

Primary Skills
Full-time MCA/B. Tech and MBA fromTier-1 Engineering and MBA College in India or Abroad
- Relevant experience of minimum 16-18 years depending upon designation Director or SM
- Must be aware of business process transformation and BPR tools and methodologies
- Must have worked on redesign of services and reengineering of business processes
- Should have experience in design and implementation of BPR in government service delivery including G2C, G2B and G2G
- Experience in e-Government projects including the aspects of design, implementation and change management
- Hands-on experience on business process design, development & implementation
- Handled responsibility for leading the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint
- Contributed to best practices study, benchmarking and approach strategies for implementation of BPR and service transformation initiatives in a customer (citizen) service environment
- Experience in Pre-sales, Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds
- Have lead/participated in development of POCs, prototypes, presentations to customers
- Must have prepared business architecture/functional requirements/ service designs documents for multiple projects
- Involved in inception/ strengthening of e-Gov practice
