About the opportunity :


- Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will deliver experienced hires with the global outlook and innovative spirit to keep our business advancing. Working closely with your colleagues across the TA function, you will make sure that BP's talent needs are captured, understood and above all translated into highly-effective resourcing strategies for your area of the business.


- In charge of both internal and external hires across a wide range of disciplines, you will deliver on key objectives, including building on our skill base in areas of critical capability, and making our workforce ever more diverse and inclusive. Constantly collaborating with key business and HR leaders, you will make sure the TA service is delivering the very best value, as you bring new perspectives to everything from employer branding to talent pipelining initiatives.


About you :


- Degree qualified or equivalent, you have proved yourself as a strategic business partner who can manage talent acquisition in a complex global company. You have also shown you know how to identify and attract people with rare skill sets and from diverse backgrounds. Digitally fluent and highly analytical, it's second nature to you to use the latest technology to evolve the attraction process. Ideally, you will also have experience managing a Talent Acquisition team. You will certainly be someone with a collaborative mindset, who can build strong relationships and team morale.
