Box8 - Manager - Partnerships & Alliances

Job Responsibilities :

- Build excellent working relationships with Aggregators ( Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, MagicPin etc.)and Payment Partners (Banks, Wallets, New age payment companies like cred, Fi, slice, etc.)

- Continuous reporting of metrics to partners and working with to optimize offers to drive mutual growth

- Publish all internal reports to cross-functional teams weekly.

- Make monthly plans, manage budgets and ensure proper execution of the campaigns.

- Work with cross-functional teams

- Analytics, Marketing, Design, product to ensure proper execution of alliance plans.

- Experience in handling alliances and partnerships at a large scale

- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders

- Sharp negotiation skills to align partnership terms that drive maximum growth for Box8.

- Analytical and date-driven.
