KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Operations management: Responsible for managing the entire zonal operations for 5-10 brand outlets

- Planning & process management: Define & execute processes to ensure smooth operations across the entire supply chain

- Data Analytics: Use business understanding and data insights to innovate & improve processes thereby driving overall business efficiency

- New product launch: Work in close coordination with the product & sales team to ensure successful launch of new products

- Technology & Automation: Implement technology-driven processes amongst overall team through training, hand-holding and monitoring

- Team management: Lead & motivate a team of 200+ individuals across different levels to achieve the business goals and establish a consumer-centric culture

- Consumer delight: Contribute towards operational excellence and continuous process improvement to ensure consumer delight

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Strong problem solving with a right balance of creativity and analytics

- Hunger to learn & willingness to pursue dreams beyond rational

- Strong people management skills (need to be a manager of managers!!)

- Data-driven & detail oriented

- A self-starter: capability of taking initiatives and working with minimal direction under remote leadership

- Ability to get things done through perseverance in ambiguous & constrained environment

- Operations background would be preferred
