Who are we :

The Indian Food service market being largely unorganised with a few traditional global QSRs like McDonalds & Dominos, we are disrupting the traditionally led industry. An industry that remains unaltered even in this age of Tech-first companies swooping over the world of business.

- Here we are: the only full-stack, home-grown, tech first QSR specialising in delivering Desi food at BOX8 & Pizzas at MOJO Pizza. We have been serving over 60,000 meals everyday putting both brands together.

- 120+ stores, 3 brands & more on the way, in 4 cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Gurgaon), we are to expand to 500+ stores in 8 cities.

- We have grown aggressively (10X) in a tough to operate industry (and we are profitable!!!).

- We have an army of curated talent from IITs/IIMs with previous work experience in top investment banks, consulting firms & product companies. On a side note, absolutely no one from our leadership team has left us in the last 4 years.

What are we looking for :

- Own the Brand voice & strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.

- Shape the core brand strategy and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders and bring to life Brand Campaigns through content, high-touch events, partnerships, scaled communication campaigns through 360 degree media channels including both ATL & BTL activations.

- Creative & strategic alignment is necessary: You should be able to marry creativity & functionality at the inception of brand marketing ideas.

- Experience in media planning, media buying, coordination with agencies is a plus.

- Act as the strategic lead & manage team's overall direction and development.

- Use compelling and comprehensive data to measure campaign performance and drive innovation.

- Direct experience in campaign management/ Brand strategy is necessary. Experience of working with teams is a plus.

Qualification :

- We are looking for graduates from Tier 1 B-schools (IIMs/MICA/SIMC/ XIC and similar institutes).
