- Minimum 5 years of buy side/sell side experience in listed Indian equities in mutual Fund/FPI/PMS/AIF/hedge funds or institutional broking firms. People who don't have minimum 5 years' experience of Indian equities should not apply. Age less than 37 years.
Location : Gurgaon or Mumbai
- Bowhead India Fund is a long only offshore fund investing in a concentrated portfolio 15-20 companies with medium term to long-term view (2 years to 5 years). The Fund manages money for institutional investors.
- The Fund has one of the better track records in India with 40 pec annualized gross returns in INR since its inception in Dec 2019. The Fund invests across the market cap spectrum but two third portfolio of the Fund is in midcaps and smallcaps.
- The Fund is value conscious and does not believe in buying companies at any price and staying invested with them at unreasonable valuations.
- Evaluating investment opportunities in Indian stock market. Job involves identification of investment opportunities, end to end research, recommending exit and tracking companies in multiple sectors.
- Should be a stock picker with passion for bottom up research, generating alpha and winning. Should be initiative taker and have an eye for detail. People who don't enjoy number crunching or financial analysis should not apply.
Education: CA /CFA / MBA, Masters in Finance.
