Bounce - Senior Manager - Process Excellence - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-6 yrs)
- Process Setup & Re-engineering: Lead Process Excellence Programs on designing new processes and reengineer existing ones at city/central level
- Setting Metric: Build governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance at city/unit level
- Cross Functional Programs: Collaborate with key stakeholders to track and report progress against target
Requirements :
- A go getter, hustler and problem solver ; Attention to detail and can work on strict timelines ; Can juggle between tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
- Green or Brown Field Start up experience a plus (must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in an fast-paced ever changing environment
- BS /BE/B-Tech degree
- MBA from premier institute
