Designation - Sr / Manager Partner Management Location : Bangalore Experience Required : 2 - 8 Years About the role : - Our ability to deeply engage and create value for Kirana's will be of utmost importance to ensure Kirana partners stick and commit to Bounce's vision. - The Partner Management role will serve as a bridge between Kirana's and the central business team. - It will help the business team come up with new offerings, redefine existing products and incorporate Kirana needs in their solutions Key responsibilities : - Manage a team of team leads and on-ground field executives for the purpose of new Kirana on-boarding, training and engagement - Act as a single channel for the central business team to launch new products / offerings - Manage end-to-end Kirana communication - Setup required processes and build capabilities to run partner management function in a scalable way - The partner management head will report to the Kirana Business Head Ideal Background: - Minimum work experience of 2 years across operations &amp; sales and marketing roles - Should have led a team of minimum 2-3 people in the past role - Understanding of Kannada language - read, write and speak - Preferred industry experience - FMCG
