Bounce - Lead Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS

Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech (IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, BITS Mesra, BITS Goa, VIT, MIT)

Responsibilities-

- You will work as a partner to business unit heads and process owners to identify, develop and drive key analytics projects relevant to the business

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

- Involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and independently implement data-driven solutions

- Managing a small team of 3-5 analysts and own end-to-end project delivery

- Create and update internal and external documentation, and deliver requirements

- Work closely with internal functions to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business process
