Boult Audio - Specialist - Public Relations & Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Create PR plans and strategies
2. Improve the quality of the company's voice via different online and offline channels
3. Serve as a first contact person for all media queries
4. Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
5. Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
6. Organize and oversee company events such as fairs, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
7. Provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need
8. Suggest effective ways of peaceful resolving any internal or external disputes
9. Conduct research and analyze public opinion
10. Build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships with key reporters
11. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
12. Collaborate with external stakeholders including public affairs offices, consumer organizations, and professional societies
What do we look for?
1. Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for 1-3 years
2. Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns
3. Applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
4. Experience with diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
5. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
6. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
7. Passion for public speaking
8. Attention to detail
