Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital customer acquisition efforts and drive D2C platform growth. The ideal candidate should bring a rare blend of analytical expertise and creative problem-solving, with hands-on experience in the D2C landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Acquisition:
- Plan, execute, and continually optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube, and Affiliate channels.
- Manage and track performance marketing budgets with a sharp focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnel metrics.
- Liaise with creative and product teams to deliver impactful ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
- Perform regular A/B testing, campaign scaling, and real-time optimization based on data insights.
D2C Growth & Ecommerce Management:
- Drive holistic growth for boultaudio.com and app: traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Partner with design, tech, and product teams to enhance the user journey, AOV, cart-to purchase rates, and site performance.
- Own merchandising, product visibility, and on-site promotional strategy.
- Utilize CRM tools (email, SMS, push) to boost retention and repeat purchases using consumer data.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and -Meta Business Manager.
- Monitor and report campaign KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) with actionable recommendations for leadership
- Extract insights from performance data to refine digital marketing and cross-functional strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and analysts.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies (when applicable) for campaign execution and alignment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years post-MBA or 4 years post-B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute.
- Previous experience with D2C-first brands (preferably in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
- Expertise in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics & optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet growth targets and manage significant marketing budgets.
- Prior experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
