Responsibilities
- Create quality content for marketing collaterals like pamphlets, brochure, flyers, presentations, emailing content, whitepapers, case studies, website content, blogs, articles, testimonials, newsletters, magazines, content for participation in conferences, media, press releases for a fast paced market in order to interact with the target market
- Proof read and edit documents
- Manage the document production process
- Work closely with the marketing team to review, check and measure content for branding activities, marketing campaigns and advertising as appropriate
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand requirements and develop sales support materials including presentations, sales pitches, product fact sheets, etc.
- Deliver accurate documents under strict timelines
- Develop and maintain corporate and product presentations
- Manage organisational owned content / channels
Requirements
- 4 - 5 years relevant experience with exposure in developing compelling data driven and insightful content such as case studies, white papers, testimonials, etc.
- Exposure in creating marketing collaterals would be preferred
- Technical writing experience in software industry. Domain knowledge is a must.
- Hands on experience with Adobe Acrobat, Snagit, Flash Player, RoboHelp, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Ability to learn, understand and apply new concepts and solutions
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong communication - verbal and written
