IoT Architect - Azure

- Demonstrate knowledge in architecture, designing and developing applications in an Azure Cloud environment

- Developing technical solutions and resolve technical issues by using cloud Solutions

- Closely interact with customers and understand the business need.

- Collaborate with business team to modernize infrastructure as a service (IaaS) applications to Platform as a Service (PaaS)

- Create proofs-of-concept to demonstrate feasibility of solutions

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Agile, ALM, Capacity planning, Cost Estimations, Risk Management and Mitigation, Compliance, DevOps and Security Architecture.

- Demonstrate high degree of technical knowledge, provide guidance and nurture the team.

- Review the deliverables and provide recommendations to the team.

- Participate in conducting technical training, personal hiring and contributions to presales activities.

- Delivering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in the existing technical solutions.

- Building and growing teams to achieve organization's goals and targets.

- Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any one of the disciplines - Electronics and Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology

- Minimum 10+ years of experience core development in multiple areas, including .NET / C#, Java, Python, Powershell, JSON, Angular JS, Node.js, etc

- Minimum 3+ years of experience with designing and building application using Azure services such as Azure Compute & Storage Services, Azure Kubernetes Service/Service Fabric, Azure SQL DB/DW

- Responsible for the technical design and architecture of complex projects by evaluating design alternatives which is cost-benefit

- Implement strategic technical direction to satisfy business goals.

- Lead technical design and development activities, as well as performing development tasks

- Strong knowledge on Azure SaaS, PaaS & IaaS architectures

- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Continuous Delivery pipelines.

- Expertise in the development and deployment of Web Apps, Web jobs and Mobile Apps

- Experience in providing IoT solutions using Azure IoT Hub

- Strong knowledge in Azure Data Warehouse, Data Factory, HD Insight, Docker etc

- Strong knowledge on Design Patterns

- Strong knowledge on cloud security, RBAC, and SAS

- Knowledge on cloud platforms and relevant industry certifications will be added advantage.
