- BYG (BookYourGame) is a fitness technology company that provides a SaaS based CRM to gyms and fitness studios. We also have a consumer platform that allows consumers to book gym sessions and fitness classes in >3500 gyms around them.

- The role entails managing and owning the Digital Marketing offering part of the SaaS we provide to our gyms and fitness studios. As of now, BYG helps generate leads and convert for 25+ clients across the country. We expect the total clients to grow to 100+ by September.

Your primary job would be to:

1. Ideate marketing campaigns after continuously speaking to the primary stakeholders at the fitness center.

2. Own the SEO/ SEM segment, and track execution in other segments (social media marketing, offline support, ideating campaigns) towards meeting the client mandate.

3. Biweekly follow up with the client regarding execution feedback and reports.

4. Eventually have the opportunity to own the P/L of the segment by ensuring timely renewals and new sales.

A leadership role, your job will need you to keep your energy high, encourage, mentor, motivate and lead your team throughout. You will be involved in recruiting for the company (your team and contribute to other recruitment) throughout.

The founders of the company are ex-Goldman Sachs bankers, and firmly believe in personal branding, lean team and high loyalty.

Other information/requirements :

- Extremely fluent in SEO, other digital marketing experience will help

- High energy and high creative acumen key to the role

- MBA in Marketing will be preferred though not essential
