What you'll need

You have seen it (not) all

- You bring 10+ years of experience in working with product-based companies. You have managed product design teams. You know what it takes to ship great experiences.

You're still an amazing designer

- Your portfolio is so amazing that we believe that you are still a great individual contributor. You hone all the chops that a young designer aspires. But now, your interests lie more in charting the overall product; envisioning the ideal experience for BookMyShow. Also helping others become amazing designers.

You are here to raise the standards

- You wont ship unless it's thought through. You understand quality matters and realise the impact it has on users. You have enough experience to defend your design decisions and there by evangelise user focus approach in the organization.

Practice what you preach

- You help designers to collaborate with engineers and product managers to ship pixel perfect and delightful experiences. You are not creating interfaces to post on social media but users post your designed screens because they love it.

You hire A-grade designers

- You're able to create systems for you (and others) to effectively evaluate and hire designers and researchers who can take BookMyShow to new levels of excellence. You can gauge and understand how big or small your team is supposed to be.

You are a born (lazy) leader

- You build process and templates so you can move to more important things and not do the same stuff again (this excludes iterations). Your design and product building approach is celebrated, emulated and copied by other teams in the organization.
