BookEventz.com - Head - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
- Responsible for the Business Development Vertical for Mumbai
1. Taking care of Venue and Vendor Tie-ups across the city
- Driving the team to acquire contracted rates and new offers from the venues and merchants
- Checking whether the rates are competitive by doing mystery checks, and also through competition
- Setting up strong process with the vendors in terms of timely response to the sales people
- Check for potential venue and merchant tie-ups and driving closures of the same
- Monitoring day-to- day field operations of the team to ensure smooth process flow
2. Monitoring Client Visits to the Venues and getting their Bookings done (Assisted by the Business development folks)
- Developing and modifying existing processes/modules to maximize sales and revenue generation of the city
- Rectifying any arising sales problems with creative and effective solutions
Looking for person who :
- Has prior experience of taking long term contracted rates with the vendors and manage their business
- Lead a team of Business Development folks and closely monitoring their day-to-day performance
- Is Target oriented with a sharp business acumen
- Has Superior communication skills, high attention to detail, flexibility and willingness to be resourceful in getting things done.
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
