POSITION SUMMARY :
- This role will be responsible to help us improve our processes and systems by conducting research and come up with insightful analytics, reports & solutions to business problems.
Essential Job Functions :
- Create and deliver dashboards, automated reports, calculators, and data feeds
- Optimize and improve processes related to our products and operations
- Provide input on initiatives to reach business targets of strategic projects in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Analyze data generated by the product team, operations team, and finance team to develop critical metrics that assist stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
- Build and manage inventory predictions and sales forecasts to drive company vision
- Resolve operational bottlenecks by keeping a close check on business process and automation
- Manage data accuracy of Bigquery ETL, views, and dashboards
- Set up interactive Google sheets using scripts for better usability for all stakeholders
- Manage pricing operations and pricing accuracy on the website
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in business analysis/ data analytics/ business intelligence/ consulting or financial modeling roles with e-commerce, tech, consulting, or financial service companies
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a premier university in business analytics, engineering, statistics, quantitative, data, operations research, or data science (viz. BI, science, math, or financial analysis)
- Advance skills in SQL, Power BI/BigQuery, Tableau/Data studio and Excel
It's Great if you have :
- Experience with complex analytics and statistical/machine learning techniques using R/Python/Spark
- Experience with Google Apps Script
- Experience with ETL development and data engineering pipeline.
- Proven track record in using data to measure performance, build reports and tools and make decisions
- Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
