Digital Marketing Essential Job Functions : - Plans strategy and tactics for boodmo across all online channels of user acquisition; - Tracks, reports and optimises boodmo's spends per acquisition channel with the goal of optimum user acquisition; - Creatively amplifies boodmo's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with the implementation of engaging and/or moment marketing over and above the existing content; - Own and develop boodmo's YouTube and influencer partnership portfolio; - Monitors competitor and industry brands' offers, sales and social media activities to give early insights; - Identifies standards for user conversions across the platform journey; - Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap; - ORM - Online Reputation Management / Social media listening; - Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analysing data, and identifying trends and insights; - Manage boodmo's relationship(s) with a variety of media and marketing partners, with ownership overspends and efficiency; - Monetise boodmo's platform strength through brand partnerships; - Provides thought and project leadership for user acquisition growth strategies; - Aligns boodmo's user journey tracking over multiple platforms, internal and external. Desired Position Qualifications : - MBA/ PGDM in Marketing; - 6 - 7 Years of proven experience in the field of Digital Marketing; - Domain expertise in SEO and SMO; - Demonstrable expertise in analytics and automation tools; - Demonstrable experience in ownership of some among the defined essential role functions; - Prior work experience in managing, owning and driving upward specific metrics is a must; - Hands-on experience in running A/B tests and optimising conversion percentages will be rigorously checked for; - Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels; - Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns; - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement; - Knowledge of creating and managing Social Media Campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
