Definition:

- Guarantees the continual compliance of quality standards for products and processes to ensure reliability and consistency of finished goods as well as machines

- Ensures adherence of SOP at all factories

Key Responsibilities :

General and Task Management :

- Actively lead the reduction of customer complaints, factory errors

- Work to prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, concession and rework alongside Operations and Sales to develop corrective and preventative actions within required time-frame

- Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time

- Report on Quality activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators

- Managing servicing schedule of all machines in the factories

- Inspire and motivate the team of Quality Control executives

- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines

- Technical mindset with a background in custom shirts and knowledge of what makes the perfect shirt

- Knowledge of machines and an understanding of when they need to be serviced

Qualifications and Experience Levels :

- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery. Strong problem solving and decision making skills

- You are humble enough to learn from mistakes and accept constructive feedback. You have passion for quality & process

- Willing/ willingness to travel

- Knowledge and technical understanding of making shirts, use/servicing of machines
